Return policy and vendor disputes

Some vendors may opt to have a no-return policy. In such cases, all sales are final. If vendors permit a return policy, items returned must be in un-used condition. Users may contact vendors directly on the FELOH platform in the case of product disputes. If disputes cannot be reconciled, users can email, and we will reconcile the issue. Users may be reimbursed for the price of the purchase or given a FELOH credit (not subject to FELOH dollar restrictions) to be used for future purchases depending on the nature of the dispute.
