Return policy and vendor disputes

Some vendors may opt to have a no-return policy. In such cases, all sales are final. If vendors permit a return policy, items returned must be in un-used condition. Users may contact vendors directly on the FELOH platform in the case of product disputes. If disputes cannot be reconciled, users can email support@feloh.com, and we will reconcile the issue. Users may be reimbursed for the price of the purchase or given a FELOH credit (not subject to FELOH dollar restrictions) to be used for future purchases depending on the nature of the dispute.
